Despite all the shortcomings, PES 2017 still has the realism that many crave for but Konami should stop using old files and call it a new game making people buy it every year.
It may not annoy casual gamers but rather give those who need a challenge to test their skills. Goalie response is much more refined and some simulation styled gameplay has been borrowed from the Konami’s game to the FIFA series which is a welcome addition. There is very little chance of losing it to an opponent unless you are hitting it in the wrong direction. The ball control is stiff and players can actually decide the direction in which the ball should move. Soundtrack remains boring in PES series while FIFA 17 has been improved in various scenarios.
